MMS

The mobile monitoring system is an onboard acquisition system for integration in a moving vehicle. It acquires and processes data from various sensors (microphones, accelerometers, etc) along the vehicle's trajectory and displays the data either as function of time or as function of the position along the trajectory. All processing and visualisation features of the online monitoring system OMS are also available for the mobile monitoring system. The hardware is ruggedized for mobile application. The mobile monitoring inspection is used for condition monitoring of vehicles (for example 3-axial acceleration, ride comfort, internal and external noise emission) as well as track inspection (for example with accelerometer or with EMAT technology).
